摘  要:针对物流业对集群电子秤设备的称重数据自动化管理的需求,给出了一种自适应解决方案。该方案基于C320Turbo控制器并采用自定义的通信协议和状态法的软件设计,妥善地解决了在线秤台的自由连接、称重数据的自动集群并行下载以及某秤台请求和响应等问题。该系统已投入使用,应用实践证明了其各项性能均满足设计要求。For logistics enterprise's requirement of weighing data management of a cluster of weighing equipment with a computer, an adaptive approach is presented, in which a C320Turbo controller is adopted with a set of self-defined communication protocols and the implementation of a state based software solution. The proposed approach successfully implements the arbitrary connection of weighing equipment to a computer and the automatic parallel downloading of the weighing data from a cluster of weighing equipment. The im- plementation can also respond to requests from individual pieces of weighting equipment for unscheduled data downloading. The proposed approach is successfully applied to the weighing cluster system of an air freight company. The application demonstrated that each performance satisfies the design requirement.
