摘 要:牛乳中含有多种具有重要生物活性的生长因子。从牛乳和乳清中提取生长因子的多种方法中,阳离子交换、微滤、双层超滤等应用广泛。基因分型微点阵法可成功分离出酪蛋白。生长因子提取物在临床上已经用于伤口愈合和体内器官功能紊乱的治疗,还可用于骨组织的再生和发炎性皮肤病的治疗。Bovine milk or whey contains many kinds of growth factors which are active biologically for human. Some methods for the extraction of milk growth factors from milk or colostrum or whey have been developed. Cation-exchange chromatography has been widely used because of the differences of Mw and PI of growth factors. Now new methods such as microfiltration and ultrafiltration have been developed. And the former is used for the concentration of some growth factors from colostrum, while the latter is only successfully used in separating IGF-Ⅰ from IGF-Ⅱ. Growth factor extracts from milk, colostrum or whey have been used as therapeutic preparations. For example the wound repairing, bone resorption and the treatment of Crohn's disease and so on. Recently, there are more applications related to bone tissue regeneration and treatment of inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis.
