摘　　要：主要分析了企业DVD生产管理的实际情况和RFID应用于DVD生产系统的优势,提出了构筑基于REID技术来采集实时生产数据的生产执行系统,从而解决企业的许多生产性问题,提高了企业的生产品质和生产效率、降低了公司库存和促进了公司节能降耗。实际的效果可以看出整合RFID技术的生产执行系统可以弥补企业计划层和生产控制层的数据断层,使企业更加有效地控制和组织生产,实现企业信息一体化。The actual condition of DVD production management and the advantages of RFID in DVD production system are analyzed,and a manufacturing execution system based on RFID technology is presented. Real-time production data is collected,and some productive problems are solved. The system improves both the quality and efficiency of production, and decreases the repertory and energy consumption for companies. The practical application shows that the system based on RFID technology could be Used to make up for the data deficiency between plan layer and production control layer, and effectively control and organize the production to realize the integrality of company information.
