摘　　要：Pless证明了三元(12,6,6)Golay码具有一种双层桔构,并据此给出了该码的快速硬判决译码算法.马建峰等人推广了Golay码的Pless结构,给出了由三元(n,k,d)线性分组码构造的三元(3n,n+k,≥min(n,2d,6))线性分组码.本文证明了由任意域GF(pm)上的(n,k,d)分组码构造p元域GF(p)上参数为((m+2)n,n+mk,≥min{n,2d,2(m+2)})的分组码的可行性和方法.这种码具有很好的代数结构,可以快速译码.Pless has proved that the ternary （12,6,6） Golay code has a two-double structure,and hereby proposed a fast hard decision decoding algorithm for the code. Ma Jianfeng and etc. generalized the Pless structure of the Golay code and constructed a ternary （3n,n＋k,≥min（n,2d,6）） linear block code from a ternary （n, k,d） linear block code. This paper shows the feasibility and the method of constructing （（m＋2）,n,n＋mk,≥min{n,2d,2（m＋2）}） block codes over GF（p） from any （n,k,d） linear block codes over GF（p^m）. The new codes possessing a good algebraic structure put forward a fast decoding method. 2.
