摘 要:根据波浪预报理论、能量传递理论和能量平衡原理,将风生浪—浪掀沙—潮输沙—航道淤积这一复杂的海洋动力转化过程简化;抓住开敞式航道泥沙骤淤的源头因素,建立航道泥沙骤淤与大风天有效风能的关系,根据实测资料进一步建立骤淤淤强沿程分布计算关系式。滨州港外航道大风天泥沙骤淤沿程分布预报主要采用类比分析方法;依据相邻港口黄骅港的实测资料拟合淤积率相关系数,通过对不同口门位置不同航道等级不同大风重现期等多方案组合的计算分析,为滨州港外航道平面布置方案的比选提供了技术支撑。According to wave forecasting, energy transmitting and energy balance theory, the complicated ocean dynamic transforming process for wind generating wave-wave driving silt tidal current transport silt-channel sedimentation is simplified. On the basis of considering the sources of sudden sedimentation of open channel, to establish the relationship between sudden sedimentation of channel and effective wind energy under heavy storm conditions and further to establish the relationship of progressive distribution for sudden sediment accumulation according to the measured data. The analogy analysis method is mainly used for forecast of progressive distribution of sudden sedimentation under heavy storm conditions in out channel of Binzhou Port. The relative coefficients of fitting deposited rate of measured data of Huanghua Port and the analysis of combination of multi-proposals for different entrance positions, different channel classes, different heavy storm recurrences provides the technical support for the selection and comparison of the layout of out channel of Binzhou Port.
