摘 要:对海洋放线菌XS904活性代谢产物理化性质进行初步研究.以枯草杆菌为指示菌,以抑菌活性为指标,测定发酵液最小抑菌浓度;用不同温度、pH处理,了解活性物质的稳定性;用有机溶剂对活性物质萃取和溶解,并用纸层析对活性物质进行初步分类.发酵液抗菌物质的最小抑菌浓度为0.78%,对温度敏感,在酸性和中性条件下稳定,可被三氯甲烷萃取,能溶于水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚,经纸层析初步鉴定为一类碱性抗生素。Bioactive metabolite produced by marine actinomyces XS904 is primarily investigated. Using anti-Bacillus subtilis activity as index, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of metabolite is measured, the stability of bioactive metabolite treated with different temperatures and pH is observed, the bioactive ingredients are extracted and dissolved by organic solvent, and sorted by paper chromatography. The MIC of metabolite is 0.78%. The antimicrobial substances are sensitive to the temperature, and stable under the acidic as well as neutral pH. It can be extracted by chloroform, and is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, acetone and aether. The antimicrobial substances are primarily identified as a kind of basic antibiotic by paper chromatography. Low concentration of the metabolites from marine actinomyces XS904 has strong restraint against Bacillus subtilis, and the antimicrobial substance is a kind of basic antibiotic with strong polarity.
