摘　　要：以人为本的教育强调学生是一个个具有独立思想、意识、情感、欲望、需求以及各种能力的活生生的人,他们不仅仅是教育的对象,而且是教育过程的平等参与者、合作者,教育与自我教育的主体。作为教师,要把学习的主动权还给学生,使学生自己学着去尝试。The humanist education to emphasize the student is one all has the independent thought, consciousness, the emotion, the desire, the demand as well as each kind of ability living person, they not merely are the education object, moreover is educates the process equal participant, the collaborator, the education and the self--education main body. As the teacher, must also give the study initiative the student, causes student to study is attempting.
