摘　　要：高职院校文化管理是提升高职院校办学质量与水平的重要因素。针对高职院校管理示范以及管理主体价值观的示范等问题,突出特质关怀、竭力建设人本民主与科学规范相一致的制度文化、全力打造符合高职院校发展的价值观与精神文化是提升高职院校文化管理的重要内涵。Cultural management in higher vocational colleges is the important factor of promoting the quality and level of running school. In view of higher vocational colleges management model and its management main body value view, with having prominent material concern, hardly constructing system culture which person-oriented democracy can be consistent with the scientific standard, makes the development values and the spiritual culture belonging to higher vocational colleges with all one＇s strength. It is the important connotation of promoting culture management in higher vocational colleges
