摘　　要：科学发展观对于推进教育事业自身的健康发展有着重要而深远的指导意义。只有全面树立和落实科学发展观,才能切实提高高等教育的教育教学质量。教学质量是函授教育活动的生命线,有质量才有成人高等教育生存和发展的空间。本文针对函授教育的特点,对函授教育过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了自己的观点和建议。The scientific concept of development has an important and far-- reaching guiding significance to promote the development of education healthily. Only setting up the whole scientific concept of development and implement it comprehensively, can we improve the teaching quality of higher education effectively. Teaching quality is the lifeline of Correspondence Education activities and with only it can provide higher education to adult survival and development of space. The article comments about the problems in the process of Correspondence Education according to the characteristics of Correspondence Education and finally proposes the author＇s own views and recommendations.
