浅谈对成教脱产班学生的挫折教育

摘　　要：本文分析了挫折教育对成教脱产班学生健康成才的积极作用,并简要提出了针对成教脱产班学生挫折教育的实施对策。Setback education is beneficial to the healthy development of the full- time student of adult education by strengthening endurance, tempering willpower, improving wisdom, practicing the ability of flexibility, steeling quality of psychology and strengthen the adaptation of the future society. This paper emphasized on the setting of proper situation of setback by scientific means so that to make student experience and conquer setback.
