摘　　要：分析了白果及白果饮料中的营养成分、生物活性成分以及有毒成分，为白果及其饮料的开发提供依据。The nutritional ingredients, biologically active components and poisonous components of ginkgo kernels and ginkgo juice were analyzed. The results provided scientific basis for exploitation of ginkgo and ginkgo juice.
