摘　　要：高校德育面临许多新的挑战和机遇。加强高校德育,要重视对中华民族优秀文化和传统美德教育资源的开发与利用。本文就高校德育与传统美德教育资源开发与利用的途径进行了研究。提出运用好课内课外两大载体和发挥好教育行政部门、学生基层党组织、共青团、学生会及学生社团等多种力量。The education in college faces many new challenges and opportunities. To enforce college moral education, the development and utilization of such education resources as excellent culture and traditional virtues of our Chinese nation should be emphasized. This essay has made some researches on the approaches of resources development and utilization in college moral education and traditional virtues education, and puts forward the idea of making good use of two large carriers as within class and outside class, and exerting well many kinds of forces, including educational administrative departments, party organizations within students, the communist youth league, student unions and students＇social associations.
