摘  要:市场竞争日益激烈,国内企业实现信息化,提升核心竞争力的需求日益迫切。国家正在实施的以企业信息化带动工业化的经济发展战略,为企业普及和推广ERP系统提供了良好的政策环境。但目前企业ERP综合性人才的短缺已成为信息化发展的巨大瓶颈,这给企业用好ERP系统带来了极大的困难。培养熟练掌握ERP综合技能的人才,已成了迫在眉睫的大事。With the competition of market is becoming fiercer, it is really urgent to informationize the domestic companies and improve their core competitive strength. Our country is implementing an economic developing strategy which tries to drive industrialization through company informationization. And this provides a good policy environment for the companies to popularize and spread ERP system. However,lacking of ERP talents in the companies has become the main difficulty of the development of informationization which brings companies problems of using ERP system. So to bring up synthesis ERP specialist has become a very urgent thing.
