摘　　要：目的:观察脂质体介导的c-myc正反义寡核苷酸对结肠癌细胞SW480增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:通过脂质体将c-myc反义寡核苷酸转入人结肠癌细胞SW480,westernblot动态监测c-myc蛋白的表达情况,MTT法、流式细胞仪测定c-myc正反义寡核苷酸对SW480细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。结果:c-myc反义核苷酸对SW480细胞有明显的促进凋亡和抑制增殖的作用,而正义寡核苷酸没有这样的作用。结论:c-myc反义核苷酸具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,可能成为治疗肿瘤的药物。Objective：To study the effect of the c - mye antisense oligodeoxynueleotide on humam colon cancer cell SW480. Methods： By the method of liposome transfection, c - myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotide was transfected into human colon cancer SW480 cell line. Detect the effect of c - myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotide on cancer cell. Results： c - myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotide inhibited the growth and induced apoptosis of SW480 cell. Conclusion： c -myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotide may be an useful drug to treat cancer.
