摘　　要：本文讨论Ｈｕａｎｇ算法与Ｇｉｖｅｎｓ变换的关系．This paper discusses the relation ship between Huang′s algorithm and Givens′ transformations. It is proved that the product matrix of Givens transformations can be generated by Huang′s algorithm.
