摘 要:介绍一种变胞机构,具有三个构态,每种构态在一个循环过程中出现两次。该机构原型为六杆三自由度机构,循环运行时不断地发生杆件的重构、重组以完成不同的任务,是一个典型的变胞机构,可实现平移、摆转、停歇的功能。文中分析了该机构的构态变化系列,并采用杆组法来确定机构的变胞位置,该方法可以推广应用到循环变胞机构的变胞位置分析,是一种简单有效的通用方法。同时以机构精确实现给定的各个构态所经历的曲柄转角为目标,建立了该机构尺度综合的优化数学模型,实现机构的优化综合并给出算例。This paper introduces a kind of metamorphic mechanisms with three types of configurations, each configuration appears twice in a period. The original mechanism is Consisted of six bars with three degrees of freedom. When running,they keep reconstructing,regrouping to meet different tasts,it is a typical metamorphic mechanisms and can be used to realize functions of moving, rolling and dwelling. In this paper configuration changing series are analysed and the configuration changing position is identified by assur group. It is a simple effective general method for analysing configuration changing position of metamorphic mechanisms , it can be popularized. At the same time an optimum methematic model for mechanism dimensional synthesis is established, with an object that the mechanism precisely realizes given angles of link at every configuration. The optimum synthesis is done and two examples are given. It can be seen that this method is effective.
