摘  要:在镁铝复合氧化物上通过等体积浸渍法负载醋酸钾,煅烧后获得的碳酸钾均匀分布在镁铝氧化物体系中,二者发生的强相互作用使催化剂表面形成大量的强碱中心。随着醋酸钾负载量的增加,大豆油和甲醇的酯交换反应活性升高,当负载量超过20%时,反应4 h后生物柴油产率在80%以上,反应负载中碳酸钾会从镁铝氧化物表面流失。Potassium acetate was supported by dry impregnation method on Mg- Al composite oxide obtained after the calcination of Mg - Al hydrotalcite compound. Potassium carbonate could be dispersed uniformly on the surface of Mg - Al composite oxide after calcination and many active sites of strong base were formed in this catalyst system. The results showed that the activity of the transesterification reaction of soybean oil and methanol was increased with the increase of potassium acetate content and the yield of biodiesel was higher than 80% after the reaction had been carried out for 4 h when the content of potassium acetate was higher than 20%. However, the loss of potassium carbonate in the catalyst system could cause the decrease of the catalytic activity in the transesterification.
