摘  要:教育公平的真正实现体现在教学公平上。农村中小学较之城市中小学,在体育教学起点、教学过程和教学结果上的体育教育不公平问题日益突出。近年来社会长期存在的城乡二元分割是导致农村中小学体育教育不公平的根源,同时指出缩小农村中小学体育教育差距不仅要以发展经济、完善体育教育制度为依托,更有赖于树立公平的教育理念。Teaching fair is the real embodiment of the fair of education. The unfair of start point, procedure and result of PE teaching of rural primary and middle schools compared with the urban ones are more serious day'by day. It is found that urban - rural dual division which long term existed in the society recently is the root leaded the unfair of PE teaching at rural primary and middle school and pointed out that it should rely on the development of economy and the perfection of sports education system,especially the educaton idea of fair in order to shorten the gap between the rural primary and middle schools.
