摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对当前中小学体育教师的素质状况进行了调研和分析,指出当前江西省高师体育教育专业课程设置应从社会人才需求出发,增加理论课的比重和实践环节时数,注重学生技能的养成。With the application of literature, data, interviews and so on, interviewed and The paper analyzed the quality of GYM teachers of current situation,pointed that the course offered of P.E. Specialty in Jiangxi Province should brelye on the need of society, increase the weight of theoretical course and pratical part, and emphasize on the skill development.
