摘　　要：海明威的《老人与海》与余华的《活着》在对生命苦难本质的揭示上表现出了惊人的一致性,而在苦难的超越上则显示了两种文化背景下的不同路径,这对于现实生命有着积极的价值和意义。Hemingway＇ s ＂ The Old Man and the Sea ＂ and ＂Lived＂ of Yuhua display the astonishing uniformity to the life misery essence revelation. But they have demonstrated under two cultural context different way in misery surmounting, This has the positive value regarding the realistic life and the significance.
