工程伦理与区域经济发展模式——以陕北地区能源产业的伦理考察为例

摘　　要：目的为了消解技术的非理性和单纯追求GDP的工程活动在人与自然、人与社会以及人与人之间产生的,影响全面和可持续发展的张力,建立一种新型的工程观和发展观。方法将伦理向度的思维方法引入到工程活动中。结果以资源开采为主要特征的能源产业,能直接改变区域自然和环境,从工程伦理的视角规范工程活动,将引导区域经济发展模式,促进经济、社会全面和谐发展。结论在能源产业具有突出地位的陕北地区,其工程伦理和区域经济发展模式具有典型性和代表性,即主要体现在能源资源开发工程中人与自然的伦理关系、人与社会的伦理关系和人与人的伦理关系等方面。Aim To avoid technology losing its logos and only stressing inerease in GDP through engineer activity, in which the strain among human, society, nature impact development go on. Methods Take ethics into engineering to checkout engineening project. Results Energy sources industry is based on resource exploitation which may change environment and conditions. To scale engineering activity from engineering ethics view can guide the model of area economy, speed economic and society harmonious development. Conclusion Energy sources are most important for north area of Shaanxi, so research its engineering ethics is typical, which embodied the relations of ethics among human, society and nature during energy engineering development.
