摘  要:当各种主流企业理论没有充足的理由证明企业的所有权应该全部归企业股东所有时,西方学者在20世纪60年代开始了企业利益相关者理论的研究。纵观利益相关者理论在国内外的研究成果,不难发现,利益相关者对企业发展有着不可忽视的重要影响。为了提高企业的综合竞争能力,企业应该对其资本市场的利益相关者、产品市场的利益相关者以及组织中的利益相关者设计出有效的激励机制,让企业中的各方利益相关者一起为实现企业的战略目标而共同奋斗。When various mainstream enterprise theories have no sufficient reason to prove that the property rights of an enterprise should belong to the enterprise shareholders completely, the Western scholars has star- ted the research on the theory of stakeholder since 1960s. Summarizing the domestic and foreign research re- sults on the theory of stakeholder, it is not difficult to find that the theory of stakeholder has an important in- fluence on the enterprise development. In order to enhance the enterprise comprehensive competitive abilities, the enterprise should design the effective stimulating mechanism that based on the theory of stakeholder for the capital market stakeholders, the produce market stakeholders and organization′s stakeholders. Thus stimulate the stakeholders of an enterprise to strive together for the realization of the enterprise′s strategic target.
