摘　　要：运用文献资料法、行动研究法等研究方法,对绍兴文理学院公共体育教学体系进行了研究和实践.建立了一种课内学习→课外提高→达到目标的良性循环的新的课程体系和行之有效的体育成绩评价指标.满足了学生体育学习的需求,激发了学生体育锻炼的兴趣.By means of meta - analysis, action research and so on, we made a study of the PE system in Shaoxing University. We established a curriculum that ranges from in- class learning, out- class enhancement, objective accomplishment and a valid system of measurement and evaluation. This system satisfied the students＇ needs and aroused their interest.
