摘 要:为了满足高速车床进给系统的具体要求,对进给系统中存在的不确定性及扰动进行了分析,设计了混合鲁棒H∞速度控制器.采用加权混合灵敏度方法设计满足混合灵敏度性能指标的稳定性与品质鲁棒性的控制器,详细讨论了加权阵的一般选取方法.采用H∞负载扰动观测器的鲁棒控制方案来改善速度控制系统的抗干扰性能,以达到减小扰动灵敏度的目的.仿真试验结果表明:所提出的控制策略具有鲁棒性能好、跟踪性能强以及运行稳定等优点,对负载扰动具有很强的抑制能力.进给系统在被控对象参数变化较大及扰动存在时仍可达到较高等级的跟踪控制精度,可满足精密加工要求.According to the detailed requirements in a high-speed lathe feeding system and the special analysis on permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), the general choice method of the weighting function matrixes is discussed and a weighting mixed-sensitivity method is applied to a mixed H∞ robust velocity controller design. The stability and quality satisfy the mixed-sensitivity performance indexed for model uncertainties and disturbances in feeding systems. The proposed controller was applied to a robust velocity control system with H∞ load disturbance observer to improve disturbance characteristic, and to reduce sensitivity of the disturbances. The simulation results show that this control strategy has such advantages as good robustness, strong tracking ability and sensitive response. This controller has good dynamic and static characteristics, strong robust stabilization for the model parameter uncertainties as well as strong restraint-ability for the load uncertainties.
