摘　　要：高校德育课教师职业素质如何,是上好思想政治理论课的关键。因此,作为一名高校的德育课教师必须具备良好的思想道德素质,广博的知识储备,良好的人格魅力,强烈的创新意识和能力,熟练的现代教育技能等素质。只有具备了这些基本素质,高校的德育课教师才能在教学实践中,更好地对大学生进行马克思主义理论及"三观"教育,有效提高思想政治理论课的教学实效。How is the professional quality of moral education teachers is the key to good ideological and political theory classes. As higher vocational moral education teachers, we should be qualified with the wide knowledge, good personality, strong innovative ability and skilled modem education technology. Only qualified these qualities can teachers improve teaching effect in practical teaching.
