摘　　要：目的:实施考试内容和方法改革及相关研究,以O SCE形式进行长学制学生毕业临床能力考试。方法:110名考生参与考试,考试分为内科、外科、妇产科、儿科四个模块,每个模块均设8个考站。结果:各模块考试总成绩均呈正态分布。结论:该次考试的形式和内容都较我院以往同类考试丰富,由此显示出O SCE对长学制学生综合能力的导向作用。Objective：To employ OSCE on the final clinical skills examination of long schooling medical students. Methods： The examination was divided into 4 modules： internal medicine, surgery, gynecology ＆ obstetrics, pediatrics. Each module contains 8 stations. Altogether 110 students took part in the exam. Result： The final score of each module shows normal distribution. Conclusion： OSCE can contain more forms and content compared with former examination. It would show the piloting effect to the training of general competencies of long schooling medical students.
