摘　　要：情绪智力形成于婴幼儿时期,成熟于儿童和青少年期。在幼儿阶段进行情绪智力的培养主要从以下几方面进行:营造宽松和谐的家庭情感氛围、教育孩子学会调节控制自己的情绪、培养孩子的移情能力。Emotional Intelligence was formed in the period of infants,matured in the period of children and adolescents . The article thinks that, in the early childhood, emotional intelligence training is mainly from the following aspects： Build harmonious family emotion loose and comfortable atmosphere , educate children learn conditioning control their emotions, cultivate children＇s Empathy.
