摘　　要：分析了当前图书馆馆员素质现状,阐述了知识经济时代图书馆员应具备的素质,提出了提高图书馆馆员素质的措施。This paper analyzes the present situation of the quality of librarians, expounds the quality that librarians shouldposses in the knowledge economy era, and advances some measures for improving the quality of librarians.
