摘　　要：准确把握企业对高职院校毕业生的素质结构要求,对高职院校而言十分必要。通过设计量表进行调研,并对调研数据进行统计分析,可以得出关于企业对高职毕业生素质要求的层级模型。It is essential for higher vocational colleges to correctly understand the quality structure requirements for graduates by enterprises. This paper concludes the layer model concerning the quality requirements for graduates by enterprises through designing measuring scale for research and analyzing the research data.
