摘 要:在低碳钢带上电沉积铁,抗坏血酸用作氯化亚铁镀液的添加剂。研究了抗坏血酸质量浓度和pH对镀液稳定性的影响及抗坏血酸质量浓度、pH和温度对阴极电流效率的影响进行了分析。结果表明:抗坏血酸是一种有效的抗氧化剂,但阴极电流效率有所降低,得到满意铁沉积层的最优条件是:氯化亚铁250 g/L、抗坏血酸1 g/L、pH 1.5、温度45℃。得到的铁沉积层致密、晶粒小。Electrodeposition of iron on low carbon steel sheet was investigated with the aim to repair worn machine parts. Baths are ferrous chloride electrolyte and contain L-ascorbic acid as additive. A detailed study has been made of the influence of L-ascorbic acid concentration and bath pH on the stability of fer- rous chloride bath. The influence of L-ascorbic acid concentration and plating variables (bath pH value and temperature) on cathodic current efficiency has also been investigated. The optimum conditions for producing satisfactory iron deposits are: FeCl2· 4H2O 250 g/L, L-ascorbic acid 1 g/L, pH = 1.5 and 0 = 45 ℃. The surface morphology of the as-plated iron coating was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , and the structure was studied by using X-ray diffraction analysis.
