摘　　要：就山西种植的主要杂粮——谷子、燕麦、黍稷、高粱、荞麦、薯类等作物中有代表性的名优特品种作一简单介绍,目的是在我国发展特色杂粮产业化过程中,进一步发挥和挖掘杂粮作物名优特品种的优势和潜力,让名优特杂粮品种在我国杂粮产业化发展过程中发挥更大的作用。In this paper, some representational premier, special and high -quality varieties of non -staple cereals such as foxtail millet, oats, proso millet, buckwheat, sorghum, potato etc. , which are planted in Shanxi, were introduced. On purpose to promote the development of non - staple cereals to develop the advantage and potential of those famous, special and high - quality varieties and to make them play more important roles during Chinese non - staple cereals crops industrialization process.
