摘　　要：目的严格的医疗质量控制和规范的临床教学管理。方法党委把教学列入议事日程,着重对师资队伍进行了严格的培训和要求,逐步完善了人才培养机制。结果各层次学员都学到需要的知识,教学和医疗互相促进,形成人才成长的良好氛围。结论以质量为命脉,以教育为根本,培养出更多的符合社会主义卫生事业需要的新型医学人才。Objective To achieve the rigid control of medical treatment and standardization management of clinical teaching, Methods To place the teaching work on the agenda of the Party committee. The team qualified to teach should be properly trained and required for perfecting the talents cultivation system. Results The different levels of collegians have acquired the required knowledge. Teaching and medical treatment help each other forward for advancing the good atmosphere of talents growth. Conclusion With quality and education as fundamentality,more new type medical talents corresponding to the need of socialistic health work should be cultivated.
