摘　　要：《寓意草》为喻嘉言所撰医案专著,初刊于明.崇祯十六年(1643年)。《寓意草》促进了中医医案的格式化与规范化,促进了中医病机理论基础的细致化与病变机制的形态化,加强了中医医案的说理性与可读性,并反映了中国医学与民族思想文化的相通性和共生性。Yuyicao is specialized publication of medical case which be writen by Yu jia-yan.The beginning copy was published in Ming Dynasty（1643）,Yuyicao promoted the format and norm of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Case,promoted the delicacy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pathology and the form of the pathologically changes,strengthen the reasonable and readabilith of medical case,and reflecte the universality and coexisty of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the races culture.
