基于仿人二指原理的翻书机器人研制

摘  要:针对双手残疾人士无法像正常人一样看书的实际,提出了一种仿人类二指翻书的翻书机器人,依据机械设计理论和仿真技术对翻书机器人进行了设计及仿真研究。本翻书机器人是通过读者踩踏脚踏板作为动力输入,再通过链、飞轮、凸轮、连杆机构等传动系统将动力传递给翻书棒,使其模拟人的二手指翻书而不使用电力。研制的样机不仅有效解决了双手残疾人士的看书问题,而且更符合现代的健康观念。Based on the basic movements of mankind's two fingers to open books, a special type of robot for opening books is designed to help disables who could not read as usual. The research for the robot is conducted according to machinery design theory and emulation technology. The robot is moved through the braking of the foot pedal by the reader, then through a comprehensive powertransfer system including the combination of chain, freewheel, cam, bar linkage and etc, the movement will be transferred to the book-opening bar which simulates the movements of mankind's two fingers to open books. The robot does not need electric power, it is a pure mechanical structure. The developed model of the robot shows a smooth accomplishment of the functions. The design has a great significance to the society due to the fact that it not only helps to solve the problem of disables who could not read as usual, but also it fits the healthy lifestyle of current society.
