丝素膜的制备及其用于细胞培养

摘　　要：通过正交试验确定了制备纯丝素膜的最佳工艺参数:搅拌温度50℃,溶液中丝素蛋白质量分数15%,干燥温度80℃.将该条件下所得膜用于肝细胞培养,实验表明细胞在丝素膜上生长良好,功能性指标较传统培养等同或较好,丝素膜在功能性细胞培养基质等领域具有良好的应用前景.The optimum process of preparing pure silk fibroin membrane in this article were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that conditions of preparation for silk membrane were stirring temperature 50℃, concentration of solution 15%, drying temperature 80℃. Pure silk fibroin membrane prepared in this way is used in hepatocyte culture, the findings were that cells grow well in silk fibroin membrane comparing to traditional culture, functional indexes are as well as traditional culture or better than it. Silk fihroin membrane has much better application prospect in the filed of biology as a carrier of functional cell culture .
