高校弹性学制实施的制约因素及策略

摘　　要：弹性学制是以完全学分制为基础,具有较大灵活性的教学管理制度和人才培养模式。实行弹性学制对于我国高等教育的现代化以及终身学习社会的构建具有重要意义。但现阶段,我国弹性学制的实施还存在一些制约因素亟待解决。The flexible educational system is a teaching administration system and talent cultivation model with more flexibility. Practicing flexible educational system is important to the modernization of our country＇s higher education and the construction of a life-long learning society. However, there exist some problems which remain to be resolved in order to practice the flexible educational system at the present stage. This essay analyses the restraining factors for practicing the flexible educational system in colleges and universities of our country and suggests some solutions to the problems.
