摘　　要：介绍了生物氧化沟工艺处理大曲酒酿造废水,重点探讨了运行控制系统。根据实际生产情况,应用该工艺对大曲酒酿造过程中产生的废水进行处理,出水BOD5、CODcr、SS、pH等各项指标均达到国家规定的排放标准。采用该工艺处理大曲酒酿造废水具有COD去除率高、工程建设费用省、日常运行费用低、设备简单易于操作和管理等优点。Biological oxidation groove to treat wastewater in Daqu liquor production was introduced in this paper and its operation control system was studied, Practical production situation proved that each index of effluent water treated by such technique including BOD5, CODα, SS and pH etc, met national effluent standards. The application of such technique in the treatment of wastewater in Daqu liquor production had the advantages including high removal rate of COD, saving project construction cost, low routine operation cost, and convenient operation and management etc. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
