关于发展继续教育的若干思考

摘　　要：本文以高等教育理论的新发展——终身教育思想为指导,立足于日趋激烈的国际竞争推动我国经济社会可持续发展对人才的需求,结合作者长期从事成人教育管理的经验体会,在分析我国人才队伍现状的基础上,借鉴国外继续教育的经验,提出了大力发展我国继续教育的理念、思路、途径和重点。This paper, under the guidance of lifelong education and the new concepts in continuous education of the foreign countries, based on the writer＇ s own experience in education management and the analysis of the current situation of our qualified personnel, tries to explore the ways to develop continuous education in China in order to meet the needs of sustainable development and deal with the increasingly fierce international eompetition.
