摘　　要：对大学生生涯规划的现状进行调查,结果表明只有部分大学生对自己今后的职业生涯有一定的规划。高校应针对学生的生涯规划现状,积极采取对策,构建大学生生涯规划辅导体系,采取团体心理辅导、个别心理咨询、心理测评等方式,帮助学生学会自我生涯规划。Conduce a survey on the college students′ present career planning, our survey shows that the percentage of undergraduates who have career planning is small. Universities should take corresponding and positive measures to construct the supervising system, adopt methods of group counseling, individual psycho-consultation and mental test to help the undergraduates master career planning,
