摘　　要：从应用型人才需求面临的挑战出发,结合地方性工科院校的人才培养规律,是具有工科特色的应用创新型人才培养模式的基本思路和实施要点。在创新教育观和大工程观视野下,更注重人才的知识、能力、素质的协调发展,要求优化课程体系,强化实践环节的教学,造就具有创新精神、创造能力、创新素质的人才是时代的需要。According to the challenge that the new request of the applied talents are faced with, in combination with the disciplinarian of training talents of the local institutes of engineering, the basic frame and application of the training model with engineering course＇s feature for applied innovative talents were put forward in present work. The author emphasizes that, based on the innovative education and large - scale engineering ideology, attention should be given to a person＇s coordinate development of knowledge, ability and quality, the course system must be optimized the practice teaching must be strengthened. The author also points out that it meets the needs of times to bring up the talents equipped with innovative spirit, creative ability and creative quality.
