摘  要:对海南热带植物的15种常见花卉的水提取物、50%乙醇提取物和70%丙酮提取物进行清除DPPH、O2-.和.OH的试验,结果表明:不同提取物的抗氧化性不同。总的来说,大叶龙船、朱樱花、洋金凤和小叶龙船花等花卉的抗氧化性好,其他花卉也表现出一定的抗氧化性,其中,紫薇花、洋金凤清除DPPH效果最好,黄槐水提取物50%乙醇提取物和70%丙酮提取物在清除DPPH、O2-.和.OH的方面都显示出较好的抗氧化效果,鲜扶桑以50%乙醇提取物清除O2-.和.OH效果最好,鲜假槟榔和小叶龙船花卉水提取物清除.OH效果较好。The experiment of eliminating DPPH, O2^- ·and · OH were conducted on the water, 50% ethanol and 70% acetone extracts from 15 familiar flowers in tropical plants of Hainan. The results showed that the oxidation resistances of different extracts were different. Generally, the oxidation resistanees of flowers such as Ixora chinensis Lain, Calliandra haemataeephala, Casalpinia puleherrima and Lxora williamsii cv. Sunkist were good. The other flowers showed some oxidation resistance. The extracts from Lagetstrnemia speeiosa flower and C. puleherrima had best effects on eliminating DPPH, the water, 50% ethanol and 70% acetone extracts from Cassia surattensis Burm flower showed better antioxidation effect on eliminating DPPH,O2^- ·and · OH, the 50% ethanol extract from fresh Hibixcus rosasinensis L. flower had best effect on eliminating O2^- ·and · OH, and the water extracts from fresh flowers of Archoraophoenix alexandrae and Lxora williamsii cv. Sunkist had better effects on eliminating ·OH.
