从企业所需的核心技能谈激发大学生学习动机

摘　　要：文章指出大学生在学习中应获得的四种核心能力与企业工作所需要的核心能力有着直接的内在联系,并较详细地分析了高校教学需培养学生具备的四种核心技能和企业工作取得成功所需要的四种能力是相通的。高校教育者如果使学生意识到这种相通性,学生学习动机就会被激发,就会成为积极的学习者。This paper points out that there is a strong correlation between four core skills needed by college students and employees and then the author makes a detailed exploration into the similarities between four core skills expected in college learning and corporate work settings. By making an exploration , the author makes it clear that college students can be motivated to be active learners and are able to acquire four valuable core skills or transferable competencies, the same skills needed in business world through the natural course of college learning, if made aware of the direct correlation and similarities between college learning and corporate work settings.
