摘  要:目的 探讨模拟病例教学法在培养护生批判性思维能力中的效果。方法 观察组采用模拟病例教学法进行教学。对照组采用常规的教学方法,应用CCTDI-CV评价两组教学方法对护生批判性思维能力的影响。结果观察组分值为(293.45±26.97)分,对照组为(269.08±27.35)分,两组差异有显着性意义(P〈0.01)。结论模拟病例教学是一种有效的培养护生批判性思维能力的教学方法。Objective To evaluate the value of simulated case teaching method in training critical thinking ability of nursing students. Methods The simulated case teaching method was employed in the experimental group while the conventional teaching method was used in the control group. CCTDI-CV was utilized for evaluating the effects of the two teaching methods on the students' critical thinking ability. Results The total CTDI ,score in the experimental group was 293.45 ± 26.97 and that in the control group was 269.08 ± 27.35, with a significant difference between the two groups ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The simulated case teaching method is an effective teaching method in training critical thinking ability of nursing students.
