摘　　要：应用Lyapunov泛函方法研究一类具有时延的神经网络的全局渐近稳定性,获得了两个新的充分条件。举例说明了所得结果的有效性。Two new sufficient conditions for the global asymptotic stability of a class of neural networks with time delays are derived by using Lyapunov functional approach. An ,example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed conditions.
