摘　　要：指出高校知识产权管理工作存在着意识淡薄、管理机构缺失或者不健全、缺少专项资金的支持、专利数量少且质量不高、知识产权流失严重、知识产权的评估很随意等问题,分析了高校知识产权管理工作薄弱的深层次原因,提出了加强高校知识产权管理工作的几点建议。There are problems such as ignorance, imperfect regulations, lack of fund, too few patents, loss of intellectual property rights, and casual assesment of intellectual property rights in management of intellectual property rights at colleges and universities. Their causes are analyzed. Accordingly the COuntermeasures are proposed.
