摘　　要：新闻专业人才教育的社会性与现实价值决定了新闻专业人才教育的特殊意义,如何使新闻专业人才的素质得到全面的提高,如何使新闻专业教育的综合性、学术性、社会性达到一个完满的境地,使它成为推动新闻改革、建设社会文化、促进社会和谐发展的重要角色,是所有新闻教育工作者必须思考的问题。文章认为解决这些问题可以通过宽厚的基础教育、精深的专业教育、有效的实践教育和互动的社会教育等素质教育方法加以实现。The Special signification of the professional news education is determined by its own sociality and the value of the realism. How to exert the maximum effect of professional news education, how to achieve the perfect condition for its integration, technicality and the sociality in order to make itself to push the news revolution, to built up the social civilization and to be, a very important part of how we are going to develop our society in future, these are the questions for all news educational people related must be considered with. People think these problems can be solved by improving the quality of the professional news education, which includes ways of deep essential education, intensive professional education, high efficient practical education, commutative society education and so on.
