摘  要:目的了解一起食物中毒的情况及发生原因。方法对该起中毒进行了流行病学调查及中毒食物、病人呕吐物和病人肛拭子的实验检测。结果5名幼儿园儿童和6名电器厂工人购买、进食了附近商场的肠粉早餐,餐后出现腹痛、呕吐、腹泻、头晕、头痛等临床症状。采集样品42宗,25宗样品检出金黄色葡萄球菌,检出率59.5%。结论该起食物中毒为金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒。Objective To find out the causes of a food poisoning outbreak. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted. Microbiological analysis on the samples of residual foods, contents of the vomit, stool and swabs of appliances was performed. Results A total of 5 children and 6 workers developed the symptoms of food poisoning after having the breakfast with "Changfen" made from the same workshop. Abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea were the main clinical symptoms. Among the 42 samples, 59.5% were positive for Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion The causative agent responsible for the food poisoning in this study was Staphylococcus aureus.
