摘  要:运用问卷调查数据及个案访谈资料,对参与"中英大龄女童技能培训和能力建设"项目的100名女童的自我性格、能力和人际关系的认知进行考量,以研究女童在培训前后自我认知的改变。结果表明:培训后女童对自己在责任心和上进心方面的积极认知显著增强,对自己在学习能力方面的认知发生了显著改变,对自己与老师关系的评价也有显著差异。The authors made an investigation on 100 girls in the training program for dropout adolescent girls in order to see their change in their self - cognition, in which their self - cognitions relating respectively to personality, capability and relationship are examined by methods of questionnaire and interviews. The data collected and the resources from case study illustrate the results: their positive cognition in taking responsibility and making progress are enhanced significantly after the training; their learning ability was positively increased. Their opinions on their relationship with the training teachers are strikingly different.
