摘 要:通过建立叠板弹簧系统的单自由度含间隙分段线性数学模型,在不同场合选用不同的Poincaré映射、解析法和数值法相结合,证明由主簧和副簧构成的叠板弹簧系统通向混沌的道路不仅有倍周期道路和阵发性混沌道路,而且还存在拟周期道路等复杂的混沌演化过程。对该系统分岔与混沌行为的深入研究,为车辆和冲击振动系统的动力学优化设计和混沌控制提供理论依据。The dynamics of mechanical systems with clearance and constraint is an important field in vibration engineering. A one- degree-of-freedom piecewise-linear model for a rear-axle suspension is considered. Motion differential equation of the system having a non-linear elastic constraint is derived and the related Poincar6 map is established numerically. Bifurcations and chaos of the system are investigated by numerical simulations and analytical method. The routes to chaos through quasi-periodic or period-doubling bifurcation are discussed respectively. Besides, some other non-typical routes to chaos have been found that in the suspension system. The obtained resuit can be used in chaos prediction and chaotic control. It is helpful to optimize the parameters of practical suspension system by investigation of its bifurcation and chaos.
