潞西市区饮食业卫生质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的评价潞西市区饮食业的卫生质量,为饮食业的监督和整治提供科学依据。方法对每个饮食业单位进行卫生场地和设施检查,每个饮食单位随机采样进行微生物检验,结合本地的肠道传染病流行情况进行综合分析。结果监测饮食单位626个,采餐具样品900份,大肠菌群阴性552份,合格率61.33(;卫生设施完善的有404家,占64.54%;有消毒措施的502家,占80.19%。结论潞西市区饮食业单位存在缺乏卫生设施和消毒措施不严格的问题,造成了本地肠道传染病的流行,提示今后要加强对饮食业的监测和监督整治工作。Objective To judge hygiene quality of diet industry in Lu xi and provide sxientific basic to supervise and neaten the diet industry. Methods Adopt random sampling, to hold microorganism testing for hygiene location and installation of every diet industry, generalization analysis combine with local popular situation of intestines contagious disease. Results Surveillance 626 diet units and sampling to 900 dining containers, 552 containers are no coliform bacteria, positive rate is 61.33%; 404 hygiene installations are consummate, hold 64.54%; 502 units adopt pasteurize measure , hold 80.19 M. Conclusion The hygiene installation and pasteurize measure are still not strict for diet units in Lu xi, which leads to the popular of intestines contagious disease and hints that we should enhance the surveillancing and supervising to diet industry.
